• Step1: In your admin dashboard – Go to Plugins
• Step2: In the search bar – Search for Yoast SEO
• Step3: Install & Activate – Click on Install & then activate the plugin.

After installing the Yoast SEO plugin, you have to do a quick basic configuration:

In the Dashboard menu, click on SEO and you shall see the basic configuration wizard.

If your site is live, select option A, else select option B

Choose the type of site you are making

Choose the relevant role and fill in the details as per the role.

You can keep both the options of Pages & posts to “yes”.

If it’s just you who is operating the website then you can choose” no”

Put your website name and you can leave the title separator to default.
